Return Policy

Once manufactured, each TuffSew machine is delivered to our service department for a 10-point service check. Our technicians adjust the timing, optimize the tension, check for any normal manufacturing issues, stitch in the machine, and more. This is all done right here in the San Francisco Bay Area. As soon as your new machine is delivered and unpacked, you are ready to sew! 

Because sewing can be very project related- all sales are final. However, we understand that some customers do not ask us for application assistance (or do enough research) before making a purchase. Therefore, we offer a credit policy- please see below. If you are deciding between two different models, please feel free and email us before you make a purchase at customerservice@tuffsew.com.

Just received your sewing machine and realized you do in fact need that extra zigzag stitch? Please email us at customerservice@tuffsew.com and we’ll discuss how to exchange your sewing machine. Note, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada pay extra shipping.
